Scope of this Policy
Keygen Labs, Inc. (“Keygen Labs,” “we,” “us,” “our”) respects your privacy and values your trust. The purpose of this Privacy Policy is to inform you of the treatment and handling of personal information that we may learn about you from using our website at martianwallet.xyz (the “Site”), our Martian mobile application (the “App”), our blockchain wallet (the “Wallet”), and/or by use of any of our products or services (collectively, with the Site, App, and Wallet, the “Service”). Agreement to Terms
If you do not agree with the terms of this Privacy Policy and our Terms of Use, then you should
immediately discontinue use of the Service without providing us with any personal information.
Information We Collect
We may collect the following categories of personal information (a) directly from you (such as when you send communications to us), (b) from the device and browser that you use to access the Service, and © from cookies and similar technologies.
Identifiers We may collect your name and email address, as well as any other information you provide to us, when you contact us (such as through email).
We have also created functionality so that you can initiate transactions through Twitter. If you use this functionality, we collect your Twitter handle.
Device Information We may also collect device information. Device information may include your computer and mobile device type and device identifiers. We also estimate your geolocation based on your IP address, but we do not retain your IP address.
Information We Do Not Collect
We do not collect and will never ask you to share your private keys. Never trust anyone or any site that asks you to enter your private keys. You are responsible for managing the safety and recovery of any digital assets stored in the Wallet.
Cookies
A cookie is a small string of information that a website that you visit transfers to your browser for identification purposes. Cookies can be used to follow your activity while using a website or across websites, and that information helps companies understand your preferences and tendencies, as well as improve and personalize your website experience. We do not use cookies or similar technologies on our site and do not track users’ activity in the App.

Because we do not use cookies, our site does not respond to “do-not-track” signals or other automated browser signals regarding tracking mechanisms.
Children’s Privacy
The Service is not intended for users under the age of 13 and Keygen Labs does not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under the age of 13. Data Transfers We operate and engage service providers in various jurisdictions.
